MPO stock solution was adjusted photometrically and min. 0.116 Units (= 1.16 Units per mg with MCD-Cl-Assay) were filled in each vial prepared for lyophilisation. Solid lyophilisate per vial contains min. 100 µg active MPO + marginally amounts of salts and impurities (< 1 µg).
